The clino rule (or clinometer ruler) is a meter-long measuring instrument. Incorporating a spirit level, protractor, and ruler. Made from tough plastic, it features markings for the ruler in cm increments. The protractor is located in the middle of the instrument, displaying degree readings from 0 – 180°, in 5° increments. A small spirit level is present along a section of the ruler. The ruler measures 1 meter (100 cm) in length, however, for ease of use and transport on site. It folds in four sections, reducing its length to 25 cm. Lending it to use in a number of key areas, from mineral exploration, geological mapping, forestry, construction and bricklaying, geo-engineering, hydroengineering, and more.
