Edding 750 paint marker pens are renowned in the mining sector. They offer users an excellent, high-quality, smooth use pen for writing in tough environments. With the ability to mark on almost any surface, including, wood, metal, glass, stone, and more. Temperature resistant up to 400°C, weather resistant, the ink will not smear and won’t fade in the sun. Field geologists use these pens to mark core samples during exploration drilling or on sampling bags during mapping and survey projects. Thanks to the versatile nib which allows 2 to 4mm strokes, gives a smooth finish and is odour-free. Available in six main colors, though others are available on request.
Edding 750 paint marker pens are renowned in the mining sector. They offer users an excellent, high-quality, smooth use pen for writing in tough environments. With the ability to mark on almost any surface, including, wood, metal, glass, stone, and more. The pen is suitable for use in a number of industries.
The ink used in the 750 markers is highly opaque, ensuring that writing is easily visible, even on dark or transparent surfaces. The formula for the ink allows it to keep cool, even in temperatures up to 400°C, while white and yellow are up to 1000°C. This makes it further suitable for use in mineral exploration when marking samples that may be placed into a drying oven. As much work in mineral exploration is done outdoors, the ink is also weather-resistant. Meaning it won’t smear or wash away in the rain or fade when exposed to the sun. In addition, these pens are also non-flammable and non-toxic, as they are toluene and xylene-free.
Each Edding 750 Paint Marker has a hard-wearing nib which releases the ink, especially when pressure is applied. Users can expect a stroke of 2 to 4 mm, depending on how much pressure you apply when writing. This is within a high-quality aluminium barrel which is both comfortable to use but also robust for industrial and field applications. We stock the six main colours often used in minerals as standard and can provide other colours if necessary.
The Edding 750 Paint Marker will mark on a variety of surfaces, in the case of mineral exploration. This includes natural rock, providing that the surface area for writing is smooth enough. In particular, they are more often than not used for marking on the surface of core samples. Often pointing to outbreaks, points of interest, depth and so on. Additionally, they mark well on plastic and paper, and so are suitable for marking on our range of sampling bags, including polythene, polywoven sacks, polycotton bags and kraft geochemical envelopes. Describing the contents as well as other important notes.
