Overview
We endeavor to provide the best service and quality of goods possible. We therefore operate a refund and returns policy within UK Law.
Under the ‘Distance Selling Act’, You therefore have up to 14 days from receiving your order to make contact with us in order to discuss your order and if necessary return and/or refund your payment.
Damaged Goods
Should you receive your order and find that one or more items are damaged upon receipt, you must contact us immediately by phone or email to notify us. We will do our utmost to have a replacement(s) sent to you as soon as possible. We will also advise on whether we would need to damaged goods back or if you should dispose of it/them. Should they need to be sent back, we will arrange this and communicate with you in order to arrange a time and date which is suitable for your self.
Faulty Items
Should you find a fault in/on one or more of the items you have ordered within a reasonable time after your purchase. (Reasonable time varying from product to product). We will endeavor to have the item repaired or replaced. Some of these terms may be dictated by the manufacturer. However, this does not apply if it is found that you/the receiver has altered item(s) in any way.
In some cases, we may need to take back the faulty item. We will thus, communicate with you on arranging a time and date suitable to have the item(s) collected which we will not charge you for. (unless you have altered the product in anyway from its original).
Incorrect Goods
If you have received incorrect items within your order. You must inform us right away by phone or email so that we can arrange collection of the incorrect item(s) and dispatch the correct item(s) to you. You will not be charged any additional costs for this.
Refunds
Should you qualify for a refund, we will process this within 14 days of receiving back the item(s) returned. The refund will be made back into the account from which you initially made payment from. Should you not receive a refund within 14 days, please contact us right away so that we can investigate the matter further. It will also be within your best interest to contact your bank/card issuer as in rare cases, they may hold the money. In such cases, this is outside of our control.
Shipping Returns
In the following cases, we will pay for any additional shipping charges:
- Your item(s) were damaged during transit to you. (photo evidence required).
- The item(s) you received was incorrect from what you ordered. (photo evidence required).
- The items you received malfunctioned on initial use. (photo evidence required).
In the following cases, you shall be liable for any additional shipping charges:
- You have altered the product(s) in any way from their original.
- You changed you mind about the goods and wish to return them as per the ‘Distance Selling Act’ within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The items are no longer within their warranty date as outlined on the manufacturers website.
